Company Overview
The Katy Business Association organized the Katy Heritage Festival which main feature is Vintage Baseball in 2010 and it will continue this growing event annually. The festival will feature Kid Games, Vendor Booths, Food, Silent Auction and Raffle, and of course, Vintage Base ball. Admission to the festival is free so come join us and take a step back in time with 1860’s Base Ball!
Description
1860’s Base Ball (Vintage Base Ball) played by the rules and customs of the 19th Century. The players (ballists) wear period reproduction uniforms, and equipment. One of the things you will not be seeing on this field will be baseball gloves! Vintage Base Ball is played with bare hands!
General Information
This year the festival will be held on May 5, 2012 from 10AM to 3PM at the Katy City Park on Avenue D at Franz Rd.
