Cinco Ranch is starting to build on its last piece of land. Location will be near Katy Flewellen and Pin Oak Road. It will be known as Cinco Northwest West. Cinco Ranch celebrated its 20 year anniversary in 2011 and should be completely built-out in only three years. RCLO reports that Cinco Ranch was the nation’s number one selling new home community in the country for 2009 and number three in 2010.
